He will ensure all check lists are completed on a daily basis. He will be the first point of contact for any issues and complaints. Timely resolution of delay, shortage of food etc. will be overseen by him. • Monthly Food Festivals, Weekly Pop up counters, etc. are all part of the complex mechanism that drives down employee engagements and adds that excitement and surprise factor.
