    When dining at Dine Daily, the following policies apply:

    • Reservations: While      we accept walk-ins, reservations are recommended, especially during peak      hours. Reservations may be held for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled      time before being released.
    • Dress      Code: Smart casual dress is encouraged. We reserve the right to      refuse service to guests in inappropriate attire.
    • Large      Parties: Groups of 8 or more may be subject to an automatic      gratuity of 18%.
    • Conduct: We      reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if their      behavior is disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate.

    3. Online Ordering and Delivery

    For online orders and delivery services:

    • Order      Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate ordering      information. We cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from      incorrect information.
    • Delivery      Areas: Delivery is available within a 5-mile radius of our      restaurant. Additional fees may apply for extended delivery areas.
    • Delivery      Times: We strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but      delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, traffic, or      high order volume.
    • Minimum      Order: A minimum order amount may be required for delivery      services.
    • Order      Modifications: Once an order is confirmed, modifications may not      be possible or may incur additional charges.

    4. Payments and Pricing

    Regarding payments and pricing:

    • Pricing: All      prices are in INR and are subject to change without notice. Prices      displayed on our menu or website are exclusive of applicable taxes.
    • Payment      Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.      Digital payment methods may be available through our online ordering      system.
    • Authorization: By      providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due      to the payment method provided.
    • Errors: If      we discover a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and      notify you with the option to purchase at the correct price.

    5. Loyalty Program

    Participation in our loyalty program is subject to the following terms:

    Cancellation and Refund Policy

    1. Dine-In Refunds

    At Dine Daily, we are committed to serving high-quality food and providing excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your meal or dining experience, please inform our staff immediately so we can address your concerns.

    • If      you find your meal unsatisfactory, we will offer to replace it with      another dish of your choice.
    • If      we are unable to address your concerns to your satisfaction, we may offer      a partial or full refund at the manager's discretion.
    • Issues      must be reported while you are still at the restaurant to be eligible for      a refund or replacement.

    2. Takeout and Delivery Orders

    For takeout and delivery orders, we maintain the same commitment to quality. If there is an issue with your order:

    • Please      check your order immediately upon receipt and notify us within 30 minutes      of delivery or pickup.
    • For      incorrect or missing items, we will offer to deliver the correct items or      provide a refund for those specific items.
    • For      quality issues, please provide photos when possible to help us improve our      service.
    • Refunds      will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

    3. Event and Catering Cancellations

    For catering services and event bookings:

    • Cancellations      made 7 or more days before the event: Full refund of deposit
    • Cancellations      made 3-6 days before the event: 50% refund of deposit
    • Cancellations      made less than 48 hours before the event: No refund of deposit
    • We      understand that emergencies happen. In case of unforeseen circumstances,      please contact our management to discuss your situation.

    4. Online Orders

    For orders placed through our website or app:

    • If      you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible by calling      our restaurant directly.
    • Orders      already in preparation may not be eligible for a full refund.
